The EÑROS XRD-9520 desktop diffractometer is a specialized device for solving problems of technological control in production.
The diffractometer allows routine analysis of powder samples (loading up to 20 samples) in automatic mode according to a given algorithm.
The diffractometer can be used in factory laboratories of the aluminum, cement, chemical, mining and processing industries, during technological control in metallurgical, ceramic and pharmaceutical industries.
Technical specifications:
- Focusing X-ray optical scheme of Bregg-Brentano
- The full range of registration of the diffraction pattern: from 15 to 55 degrees.
- Fixed position of the X-ray source and detector
- Set-top box for sample analysis - automatic table for 20 samples
- The X-ray source is a small, sharp-focus X-ray tube with a power of at least 150 watts
- The X-ray tube power supply allows you to adjust the tube voltage in the range from 10 to 30 kV in increments of no more than 0.1 kV and the tube current in the range from 1 to 8 mA in increments of no more than 0.1 mA
- The anode material of the X–ray tube is chromium (optional cobalt, copper, iron)
- The X-ray source is equipped with a slit device with a set of replaceable slits, a slit collimator with movable slits, a monocapillary glass collimator
- Cooling of the X-ray tube - integrated cooling system
- Monochromatization of X-ray radiation - beta filter installed on the detector window
- Detector - a coordinate–sensitive detector (ICD or PPD) with a spatial resolution of no more than 300 microns.
- The range of simultaneous registration of the diffraction pattern (when using an ICD detector) - at least 43 degrees.
- The diffractometer detector is calibrated at 2 Theta angles using the diffraction spectrum of the calibration sample
- The body of the analytical unit provides radiation protection for the operator (the equivalent dose rate at any accessible point at a distance of 0.1 m from the surface of the operating device does not exceed 1 mSv/h)
- The process of installing samples and measurements is controlled using an integrated video camera
- The diffractometer is powered by a single-phase AC 220 V 50 Hz
- The power consumption does not exceed 500 V·A
- Overall dimensions (LxWxH) - no more than 620 x 550 x 590 mm.
- Weight - not more than 80 kg.
- The diffractometer is controlled, data is collected and processed using a stationary personal computer running the Windows operating system with the MEAS9500 software installed.
- The continuous operation time of the diffractometer is at least 12 hours.
- The time to enter the operating mode is 30 minutes
Metrological parameters:
- The full range of recording diffraction angles is from 15 to 55 degrees 2 Theta (Sg), the permissible deviation in recording angle values at the boundaries of the range does not exceed ± 0.5 degrees.
- The standard deviation of the random component of the measurement error of the angular positions of the Bragg reflections is not more than 0.02 degrees 2 Theta.
- The absolute error of measuring the parameters of the crystal lattice GSO SRM 1976b (or equivalent) delta a and delta c is not more than ± 0.0012 nm and ± 0.003 nm, respectively.
