Description

Purpose: The EСROS-5700 concentrator is designed to measure the content of petroleum products, fats and nonionic surfactants (NPAV) in an extract from samples of waters for various purposes, bottom sediments in laboratories of industrial enterprises, research institutions, control bodies, educational institutions, environmental and ecological analytical laboratories, etc.5700 is registered in the State Register of Measuring Instruments under № 77795-20.

Principle of operation: absorption of infrared radiation by molecules of petroleum hydrocarbons, fats and NPA at a wavelength of 3.42 microns (2930 cm-1) in extracts. Carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) or dichloroethane (C2Cl6) or other halogenated hydrocarbons are used as an extractant.
