Our Service Center ECROSKHIM Ltd. provides warranty and post-warranty service of products manufactured by the company, and also covers a range of services for working with laboratory equipment and devices from other manufacturers.
The Service center is equipped with plenty metrologically certified measurement devices and test equipment and has all the necessary licenses for this type of activity and notifications.
The experienced Service Center is working closely with the production units, which makes it possible to quickly address issues of maintenance and repair. Furthermore we consider and use the experience to further improve their quality and functionality.
By participation of employees in the product testing during the design and certification, we ensure the high level of knowledge of the instruments and equipment necessary for the maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment other domestic and import manufacturers.
The service center also provides services such as customer visits of the end user for commissioning, maintenance of equipment and instruments, periodic maintenance for long-term contracts concluded.
Our Staff Service Center is working closely with the company's sales department and gives advises and recommendations to dealers and end-users to choose the right equipment for specific tasks, peculiarities of its operation and maintenance.
