Application:

- for certification of measurement methods and control of accuracy of measurement results of the mass fraction of sulfur in oil and petroleum products by the X-ray fluorescence method according to GOST R 52660-2006, GOST ISO 14596-2016, GOST R 53203-2022, GOST 32139-2019, GOST R EN ISO 20847-2010, GOST R 51947-2002, ASTM D4294-21, GOST ISO 8754-2013, GOST R 50442-92, ASTM D2622-21;
- by the method of ultraviolet fluorescence according to GOST R 56342-2015, GOST ISO 20846-2016.
CO can be used for verification and calibration of appropriate measuring instruments, provided that its metrological and technical characteristics meet the criteria established in the verification methods, calibration methods of the relevant measuring instruments.
Features:
The CO material is a solution of a sulfur-containing substance (dibutyl disulfide or dibutyl sulfide) in white mineral oil.
Technical specifications:
- The certified value of CO is 0.1% by weight.sulfur fractions;
- The limits of the relative error of the certified value of CO, at P = 0.95, comp. ± 2.5%.
- Relative extended uncertainty at coverage coefficient 2, comp. 2.5%
The shelf life of CO copies is 2 years.
