The EKROS-7700 energy dispersion sulfur analyzer (3ppm) is designed to determine the mass fraction of sulfur from 2 mg/kg to 100,000 mg/kg in crude oil, gasoline (unleaded), diesel fuel, kerosene, oil residues, lubricating oil bases, hydraulic oils, jet fuel and other distillate petroleum products in accordance with GOST R 51947-2002, GOST 32139-2013, GOST ISO 8754-2013, ASTM D 4294-16, ISO 8754-2003.
The analyzer can be used in laboratories of the oil production and refining industry, laboratories of oil pipelines and petroleum product pipelines, laboratories of research and educational institutions, as well as for research in the field of ecology and environmental protection.
Features:- Quick analysis without sample preparation;
- Full compliance with the hardware, methodological and metrological requirements of all listed regulatory documents, including:
1. calibration according to standard samples of petroleum products;
2. automatic compensation of the influence of the hydrocarbon matrix (C/H ratio) on the measurement results of any types of petroleum products, implemented using the calculation of the radiation intensity from the measured samples in two energy zones:
2.3 scattered radiation from the hydrocarbon base of the Bs matrix in any region of the energy range of dispersion.
- Correction of the calibration hardware drift according to the Installation Samples (Set-Up Standards);
- The possibility of correcting the hardware drift using the zero sample compensation method;
- The possibility of extending the range of determination of the mass fraction of sulfur to 10.0 %;
- Convenient disposable measuring cuvettes;
- Color touch screen display;
- Simple user interface;
- Data output to the display, built-in printer and serial port;
- Ethernet interface for LAN and LIMS systems and USB ports for connecting peripheral devices for digital sample identification (barcodes, RFID);
- Blocking the activation of the X-ray source with a mechanical switch lock;
- Durable metal housing guarantees reliable protection against X-rays and industrial external electromagnetic radiation;
- Compact and light weight;
- Availability of all consumables (cuvettes, film, CO, GSO) of own production.
Technical specifications:
The range of determination of the mass fraction is from 3 mg/kg to 50,000 mg/kg
