Metrological verification of measuring instruments —

this is a procedure to confirm that measuring instruments meet established metrological requirements. During verification, errors are determined, which should not exceed the limits specified in the description of the type of a specific measuring instrument. The verification data is entered by our specialists into the Federal Information Fund for Ensuring the Uniformity of Measurements “ARSHIN”.

The legislation establishes the priority of electronic registration of verification results. The only legally significant confirmation of the verification results is an entry into the Federal Information Fund for Ensuring the Uniformity of Measurements “ARSHIN”.

The laboratory center of ECROSKHIM carries out on-site primary and periodic verification of the following equipment:

• UV, visible and near-infra-red spectrophotometers;
• mechanical pipettes;
• glass capillary viscometers.

We carry out primary and periodic verification.

The initial verification is carried out after the release of the measuring instrument from production, or when it is put into operation, as well as after repair. Periodic verification is carried out during operation according to the verification interval.

In addition to the process of verification of measuring instruments, ECROSKHIM offers services for the preparation of measuring instruments for verification, which include adjustment and calibration.
