The XRF-9700 X-ray fluorescence EСROS spectrometer (basic equipment) is a compact desktop laboratory instrument and is suitable for studying the elemental composition of prepared solid, liquid and powder samples, as well as unprepared (arbitrary geometry) samples.

X-ray tube - 50 W (side or end output), Rh anode (Mo, Ag, W, Cu, Cr);
SDD detector with electric cooling, resolution < 127 eV, carbon window;
Primary radiation filtration with 10 automatic filters;
The X-ray tube is cooled by air;
Primary radiation collimation - automatic from 0.5 to 15 mm;
Measurement of oversized samples - up to 400 x 500 x 200 mm;
