    Analytical X-ray scanning microprobe EСROS XRF-9720 STINGRAY is designed to determine the elemental microanalysis of the composition of powders, solids and liquids, as well as conducting elemental mapping and X-ray tomography. 

    Features:
    - The measurement range of the elemental composition is from 11Na to 95Am;
    - Allows you to analyze oversized objects;
    - Positioning system based on an overview video camera and an optical microscope with the possibility of magnification up to 200x;
    - A polycapillary X-ray lens is used to focus the primary X-ray beam. 

    Technical specifications:
    - The range of recorded energies is (1 ÷ 40) keV; 
    - The anode material is RT – Rh (or other as agreed);
    - Cooling of the X-ray tube -air;
