- for certification of measurement methods and control of accuracy of measurement results of the mass fraction of sulfur in oil and petroleum products by the X-ray fluorescence method according to GOST R 52660-2006, GOST ISO 14596-2016, GOST R 53203-2022, GOST 32139-2019, GOST R EN ISO 20847-2010, GOST R 51947-2002, ASTM D4294-21, GOST ISO 8754-2013, GOST R 50442-92, ASTM D2622-21;

- by the method of ultraviolet fluorescence according to GOST R 56342-2015, GOST ISO 20846-2016.

CO can be used for verification and calibration of relevant measuring instruments, provided that its metrological and technical characteristics meet the criteria set out in the verification and calibration methods of the relevant measuring instruments.

- The certified value of CO is 40 mg/kg by weight.fractions of sulfur;

- The limits of the relative error of the certified CO value, at P = 0.95, comp. ± 2.5%.

- Relative extended uncertainty at coverage ratio 2, comp. 2.5%

The shelf life of CO copies is 2 years.
